This villa is 4 bedroom / 4 bathrooms with private swimming pool located at the beach front.

Located in Paphos district area(Argaka Village), 5 minutes drive from Polis and 35 minutes drive from

Paphos center. There is a Private swimming pool 5x10mx5m, 'L' shape with roman steps also 8 sun-beds

and 4 umbrellas. The swimming pool is maintained every 2-3 days.

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs.
- The 2 of the downstairs bedrooms have double bed and the one twin beds.
- The upstairs bedroom also have twin beds and to go upstairs you need to use exterior stairs.

The 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC, bath with shower attachment and washbasin,

the 4th bedroom have a bathroom shared with the spaces downstairs.

There are 5 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating for all areas of the Villa.

There is 1 in each bedroom (total 4), and 1 in the lounge and kitchen area.

Air-conditioning units are charged extra at the cost of £3.00 CYP per day per unit.

There is telephone with prepaid time in the villa to make your calls in the 1/3 of the cost instead of

using your country mobile, also your friends may call you in the villa’s telephone number without to

charge your own country mobile.

Gym room with pool table and Gym equipments are established upstairs in the villa.

There are sea view balconies and verandas accessed by any bedroom. The areas of garden have mountain & sea views.There is a beautiful garden all around the villa with trees and beautiful flowers, as well as in the swimming pool site there is a grass up to the beach.

There is a professional BBQ in the outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla".

Prices are for 1-8 persons occupancy.
1-2 additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 10, for a fee of €17.00 Euro per day per person. For those additional persons we may supply cambers on request.
The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.

Air-condition use (optional) charged €5.00 Euro per day, per unit.
