The villa is situated in the coastal village of Argaka 500m from the beach (5 minutes from Polis Chrysochous)); it is perfect for anyone on holidays to Cyprus.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Upstairs bedroom one has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds, and the downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds.

All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC, bath with shower attachment, washbasin and also there is an extra bathroom for common use (only WC and washbasin) downstairs. The master bedroom has en-suite Jacuzzi instead of a bath.

There are 4 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating for all areas of the Villa. There are: 1 in each bedroom (total 3), and 1 in the lounge and kitchen area. Air-conditioning units are charged extra at the cost of €5.00 Euro per day per unit.

There is telephone with prepaid time in the villa to make your calls in the 1/3 of the cost instead of using your country mobile, also your friends may call you in the villa’s telephone number without to charge your own country mobile.

For Entertainment exist:

• TV 28'' with Satellite and local channels located in the lounge downstairs.
• Hi-fi system with radio, CD and cassette player.
• DVD player and few DVD movies.

There are sea view balconies and verandas accessed by any bedroom. The areas of garden have sea and mountain views while swimming pool area has sea view. There is a professional BBQ in the outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla".

There is a beautiful garden with grass and the Private swimming pool 5x10m with 2 stairs, also 6 sun-beds and 4 umbrellas. Also a gazebo with a billiard table and a table with chairs situated in the garden near the pool.

We take care about the pool maintenance/cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days.

Welcome Pack and weekly Cleaning Service included.

Note for Rental rates

• Prices are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
• 2-3 additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 9, for a fee of €17.00 Euro per day per person. For those additional persons we may supply cots on request.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.

Air-condition use (optional) charged €5.00 Euro per day, per unit.
